The Belgian SMS market is ready for business in 2012 by joining forces: MobileWeb and CM Telecom!
MobileWeb and CM Telecom have found each other and have decided full of enthusiasm and inspiration to continue in the field of business SMS services in Belgium under the name “MobileWeb”. CM Telecom acquires all shares of MobileWeb NV from the Group E-Zone NV. This way MobileWeb will become part of the CM Group. Thanks to this acquisition, MobileWeb will strengthen its leading position in Belgium and will be expanding service offerings to both existing and new customers.

2012
By joining forces, current and new MobileWeb’ customers will directly benefit from the services of CM Telecom, in addition to the specialized expertise and reliable infrastructure of MobileWeb. Besides a strong local presence, a help desk is available 24/7, so the network and services are monitored for all customers 24 hours a day and customers can always ask their questions or benefit from product support.
In addition there are three SMS platforms available that are redundant, mass voting capabilities and an extended international network for various business SMS services.
This is possible thanks to the economies of scale, which gives room to make investments to expand the services to an ever higher level.
The combination of MobileWeb and CM Telecom will not affect employment. The total workforce of CM Telecom and MobileWeb grows up to over 70 employees. Both companies can now have full advantage of each other’s knowledge and capabilities.

Belgische zakelijke SMS-markt klaar voor 2012 door nieuwe krachtenbundeling: MobileWeb en CM Telecom!
MobileWeb en CM Telecom hebben elkaar gevonden en vol enthousiasme en inspiratie besloten op het gebied van zakelijke SMS-dienstverlening in België verder te gaan onder de naam “MobileWeb”. CM Telecom neemt hierbij alle aandelen van MobileWeb NV over van E-Zone NV, waardoor MobileWeb onderdeel zal worden van de CM Groep. Met deze bundeling verstevigt MobileWeb haar leidende positie in België en zal het dienstenaanbod zich verruimen voor zowel huidige als nieuwe klanten.

Door de krachtenbundeling kunnen huidige en nieuwe klanten van MobileWeb, naast de deskundige expertise en betrouwbare infrastructuur van MobileWeb, direct profiteren van de diensten van CM Telecom. Naast een sterke lokale aanwezigheid heeft men beschikking tot een helpdesk die 24/7 geopend is, zodat het netwerk en de diensten van alle klanten 24 uur per dag gemonitord worden en een klant altijd terecht kan met vragen of voor productondersteuning. Daarnaast is er beschikking tot drie SMS platformen die redundant zijn, massa voting capaciteiten en een uitgebreid internationaal netwerk voor diverse zakelijke SMS-diensten. Dit is mogelijk vanwege de schaalgrootte, die ruimte geeft investeringen te doen om de dienstverlening op een steeds hoger peil te brengen.
Het samengaan van MobileWeb en CM Telecom heeft geen gevolgen voor de werkgelegenheid. Het totale personeelsbestand van CM Telecom en MobileWeb groeit uit tot ruim 70 medewerkers. Beide bedrijven kunnen nu optimaal gebruik maken van elkaars kennis en mogelijkheden.

Le marché belge des SMS est prêt pour 2012 avec l’association de deux sociétés expertes: MobileWeb et CM Telecom!
MobileWeb et CM Telecom se sont associés et ont décidé de continuer à évoluer sous le nom « MobileWeb » dans le domaine des services SMS destinés aux entreprises en Belgique. CM Télécom va acquérir toutes les actions de MobileWeb SA, division du groupe E-Zone SA. MobileWeb fera donc partie du groupe CM. Grâce à cette association, MobileWeb renforce sa position de leader en Belgique et pourra élargir la gamme de services offerte aux clients existants et aux nouveaux clients.

Grâce à cette association, les clients actuels et les nouveaux clients de MobileWeb vont directement profiter, en plus de l’expertise spécialisée et de l’infrastructure fiable de MobileWeb, des services de CM Telecom.
Outre une forte présence locale, un service d’assistance 24/7 est disponible de sorte que le réseau et les services sont désormais suivis 24 heures sur 24 pour tous les clients. Les clients peuvent également y poser leurs questions ou y demander une assistance technique si nécessaire.
En outre, trois plates-formes SMS redondantes sont mises à disposition, offrant des capacités de vote en masse et un vaste réseau international pour les différents services SMS.
Tout cela est possible en raison des économies d’échelle qui vont être réalisées, ce qui donne de la possibilité de faire des investissements pour étendre les services à un niveau toujours plus élevé.
La combinaison de MobileWeb et CM Télécom n’aura aucune incidence sur l’emploi. L’effectif total de CM Telecom et MobileWeb s’élève, à ce jour, à plus de 70 salariés. Les deux entreprises peuvent désormais tirer pleinement profit l’une de l’autre, tant au point de vue des connaissances que des capacités disponibles.
